Our Faculty approaches medical education not merely as the transfer of knowledge, but as a strategic process aimed at educating physicians who can transform society, produce scientific knowledge, and help shape global healthcare systems. In this regard, our educational approach is built upon the principles of commitment to ethical values, scientific excellence, and social responsibility. Structured in accordance with the National Core Education Programme (UÇEP), our programme aims to educate our students not only as clinicaly competent physicians, but also as leaders, communicators, researchers, and professionals committed to continuous development.
Our educational model offers an innovative learning ecosystem integrated with advanced technology. Through virtual reality and high-fidelity simulation infrastructures, artificial intelligence-supported learning systems, digital health applications, and data-driven clinical decision-making processes, our students are provided with an educational experience that goes beyond the requirements of the present day. Through case-based and multidisciplinary learning approaches, our students develop clinical reasoning, problem-solving, and holistic patient assessment skills from the early stages of their education.
Through the active participation and responsibility-based approach adopted in clinical education, our students become directly involved in patient care processes. During the internship period, they take part in real clinical practice and further develop their decision-making, teamwork, and leadership skills. Our Faculty aims to educate students who can compete not only at the national level but also on a global scale, and supports this vision through strong academic support mechanisms for the TUS and international examinations.
